Refund & Return Policy

Customers may request a return for an unopened, unused standard ThaiScent product within 7 days of receiving it. Approval depends on the product condition, order evidence and reason for return. Custom fragrance, DIY creations and opened or used products are generally not returnable, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Eligible standard products

A standard product should be unopened, unused and in resalable condition, with its original packaging, included gifts and proof of purchase. Requests should be made within 7 days after receipt. A request is not automatically approved.

Items generally not returnable

• Custom or made-to-order fragrance products
• DIY creations made during a workshop
• Opened, used, altered or damaged products where the issue was not caused by ThaiScent
• Products returned without the required order evidence or prior instructions

This policy does not remove rights that apply under Thai law.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with photos of the outer packaging, shipping label and product. If ThaiScent confirms a defect or shipping error, we will arrange a reasonable replacement, return or refund and cover reasonable handling or return costs.

Change of mind and return shipping

For an approved non-defect return caused by preference or an ordering mistake, the customer normally pays the return shipping cost. Use a traceable method and pack the item safely. Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. The time before funds appear depends on the payment provider and card-issuing bank.

Workshop bookings

This product return policy does not apply to Workshop bookings. The booking form is a request and is confirmed separately. No new cancellation or rescheduling promise is created by this page.
