Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the ThaiScent website, buy products online or submit enquiries to THAISHIANG CO., LTD. They explain website use, product information, orders, payment, delivery, intellectual property and reasonable responsibility limits. Separate confirmed terms may apply to OEM/ODM, business scenting, team building or workshop arrangements.

Website use

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with security, access, checkout, accounts or other users. Information you submit should be accurate and you are responsible for protecting your account access.

Products, prices and availability

Product pages show the current description, price and availability at the time displayed. Reasonable corrections may be made for clear errors. Images and screens can display colour differently, and handmade or naturally variable materials may have small appearance differences that do not change their intended function.

Orders and payment

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock. An order is subject to successful payment, availability and acceptance. If an order cannot be fulfilled, ThaiScent will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate correction or refund. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

Workshops and business services

A submitted Workshop form is a request, not immediate confirmation. OEM/ODM, Scent Your Space, team building and other custom projects require a separate brief, quotation or written confirmation. Product return rules do not automatically apply to services or custom work.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, ThaiScent owns or is licensed to use the website text, branding, design and original media. Do not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit them without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

External services and links

The website may link to payment providers, carriers, maps and social platforms. Their availability and practices are controlled by those providers. ThaiScent is not responsible for unrelated external content, but this does not limit responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
