Delivery & Shipping Policy
ThaiScent ships eligible online orders within Thailand. Most deliveries are estimated to arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch, although remote areas, peak periods, weather and carrier events may take longer. This policy explains delivery estimates, tracking, address responsibilities and what to do if a parcel arrives damaged or incorrect.

Order processing and tracking
Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time. When a carrier provides tracking information, ThaiScent will make it available through the order communication channel. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
Delivery address
Check the recipient name, phone number and complete address before placing an order. Contact service@thaiscent.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, changes may not be possible. Extra delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
Delayed, damaged or incorrect parcels
If an order is delayed beyond the normal estimate, contact us with the order number so we can check available tracking information. If a parcel is damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label and product. ThaiScent will assess a reasonable replacement, return or refund solution.
